Enviro Chipboards are manufactured
under strict Quality Control standards and norms, to ensure
that the end-product is of high quality and durable. Special
emphasis is laid on getting the boards suitable for various
surface finishes viz., lamination, veneering, painting, polishing
etc. For certain critical requirements, Enviro Chipboards are designed and specially made with surface that can be
carved to some extent.
In the process of manufacturing of
Enviro Chipboards, quality checks are made right from
the stage of sourcing of raw materials, during the preparation
of material for the making of boards, and through various stages
of manufacture, till the finished boards are finally checked
and assured of the Quality desired.
Enviro Chipboards are at present
undergoing process upgradation and very soon, Enviro Chipboards
will be available as per ISO-9000 standards and certification.
Enviro Chipboards are manufactured,
generally conforming to standard IS:3087/1985 of Bureau of Indian
Standards (BIS), and the following results are achievable on
